  • Heatbed

      Pull the Heatbed wire tubing

      through the hole in the

Y plate up to the Arduino

      with the RAMPS shield installed

Connect the black & red wires

to D8 on the RAMPS shield

      Find a 2-pin housing and

push the two signal wires into it.

Insert the 2-pin housing into T1

    Extruder

      On the Extruder wire tubing:

    • Connect the two thick wires (here white & brown) to the heater to D10
    • Use a 2-pin housing to connect the two yellow wires and connect it to T0
    • Use a 4-pin housing to connect the stepper motor. Search for your motor model and connect the pins in the corresponding order.
Connect it to E0. The orientation does not matter for now and can be changed later if neccessary.
    • (Optional) If you are using a fan, you can plug in the wires into D9

    X/Y/Z Motors

Insert the 4-pin plugs into into

the pins for X/Y/Z on the

      corresponding pins near

      the stepper drivers.

      Again, the orientation

      does not matter for now,

it can be swapped if neccessary.

    Endstops

The RAMPS kit comes with a

couple of 3-pin housings for the endstop.

      Since we're using mechanical

endstops, we need to use only two pins.

Insert the two wires from the

      endstops into the 3-pin

housing in the exact orientation as shown.

      Repeat for every endstop.

Connect each the pins - and S

    • X endstop to X-
    • Y endstop to Y+
    • Z endstop to Z-
