Install SFACT
Required Packages:
- Windows: Download the Windows Installer and install Python 2.7 http://www.python.org/download/
- Linux / Mac: Install Python
Install and run SFact:
- Go to https://github.com/ahmetcemturan/SFACT/
- Click on "Downloads", choose .zip
- After the download is complete, unpack the .zip file
- Go into the directory you unpacked
- open the file "skeinforge.py" in the folder "skeinforge_application"
Configure SFACT:
- Choose Plugin "Skirt", set "Layers to" to 1
- Choose Plugin Temperature, click on Activate Temperature, set the desired temperature to all fields. We recommend starting with 215 for PLA, 245 for ABS
- Choose Plugin "Chamber", set heatbed temperature to 100 if using ABS
